Asian Style Peanut Cookies For Chinese New Year Real PeanutsA few weeks ago my son Aaron had to complete a project for home economics class and make Asian Style Peanut Cookies.
These cookies are probably a little differently made that the American style Peanut butter cookies made with real peanut buttter. They Asian style is made with crushed peanuts and peanut oil. These are normally made around the Chinese New Year and found to be very delightful.
These project was a huge success and Aaron got a A for a grade.
